Please note that I am unable to offer both my services on the one day, meaning that I am unable to be both your wedding celebrant and coordinator. It is important that I invest all my time and energy into the one position on your special day.

Marriage Celebrant - $800

Services includes;

• Face to face meeting with you to discuss your requirements for your ceremony and to complete paperwork

• Preparation of all paperwork

• Satisfaction of legal requirements

• Submission of government required paperwork 

• Assistance writing your vows

• A unique, personalised ceremony

• Rehearsal (optional but highly encouraged)

• Marriage Certificate

• PA system and microphone

• Application for your Official Marriage Certificate on your behalf

 

• Travel Costs Additional for more than 2 hours driving from Orange NSW

 

Wedding Coordinator- $2500

What do you get from having me as your wedding coordinator?

​

•  I want to get to know you! I will provide you with a detailed questionnaire so that I can hear all about the wedding you are envisioning, and more importantly get to know you both on a deeper level. 

• Assist in finding your perfect venue.

• If you do live locally, I will arrange viewings for you at as many venues as you like.

• If you do not live locally, I will go on your behalf and either arrange skype meetings with you, or send you through detailed videos and photos. 

• Provide a detailed list of available vendors for your wedding 

• Lock in team of wedding vendors

• Produce a detailed runsheet, outlining the timings of the day so that you can really visualize how the day will go

• I will be responsible for your entire wedding set! I don’t want you to lift a finger, and simply walk in to your wedding venue and everything be done.

• Coordinate with all wedding vendors on the day regarding bump in/out times

• I will of course be there on the day, from start to finish, to ensure everything runs smoothly

Wedding Day Coordinator - $1500
 

• I will be responsible for your entire wedding set. Depending when your venue allows access, I will set your entire wedding either the day prior or morning of. 

• I will be present at your venue all day for final touches and to coordinate with all wedding vendors  regarding bump in/out times

• I will of course be there during your wedding from start to finish, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
