Are you feeling a bit overwhelmed by the idea of planning a wedding all by yourself, or perhaps don’t live locally and are unable to see or meet with wedding suppliers? With many years wedding experience, I am a professional, enthusiastic and experienced wedding coordinator who is here to take all the stress away from planning to produce the most beautiful, personalized, detailed weddings. My vision is to create weddings that are a true representation of your personalities, relationship, and wedding dreams. I pride myself in creating unique weddings that meet all of your requirements, as well as being there for you as a friend, someone you can bounce ideas off, and talk all things weddings, all day every day. What do you get from having a wedding coordinator? - Firstly, I want to get to know you! I will provide you with a detailed questionnaire so that I can learn all about the wedding you are looking for! - Finding the perfect venue for you is the very first step after this! If you do live locally, I will arrange viewings for you at as many venues as you like. If you do not live locally, I will go on your behalf and either arrange skype meetings with you, or send you through detailed videos and photos, depending on what suits you better! Securing your venue and your wedding date is probably the most exciting step! Once I have this, I will find your perfect team of suppliers. - Having worked in the wedding industry for many years, and having worked with a variety of wedding suppliers, I know what they all have to offer. - After discussing with you the type of suppliers you are looking for, I will come to you with a list of wedding suppliers who are available on your chosen date. - Once you have chosen your suppliers, I will remain in contact with them to confirm all finer details for the day. - Once all your suppliers are secured, I will begin to pull the whole wedding together by producing you with a detailed Runsheet, outlining the timings of the day so that you can really visualise how the day will go. - Your wedding coordinator will be responsible for your entire wedding set! I don’t want you to lift a finger, and simply walk in to your wedding venue and everything be done. - I will of course be there on the day! To ensure everything runs smoothly. - And the best part, I do the clean up!! No need to come back to the venue the next day for a clean up, my team will take care of that!
